post a flick or an activity, or react to the activities of your Nashbud contacts.

use, share and protect information in relation to our mobile services, web site, and any software
provided on or in connection with Nashbud services (collectively, the "Service"), and your choices about
the collection and use of your information.By
using our Service you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to post information,
blog ,vlogs ,any media or link ("User Content"), to the Service and to share User Content among your
Nashbud contacts and followers.
This means that other user may search for your profile, view your display posts (feature
photos/videos),view your profile photo ,your name and your bio, consistent with the terms and conditions
of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.Our
Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").
We collect

We use third-party analytics tools
to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the service. These tools collect information sent by
your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that
assists
us in improving the Services. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information
from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.

links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also

that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece
of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.Users can add or may have Metadata added
to their User Content including a hashtag (e.g., to mark keywords when you post a photo), geotag (e.g.,
to mark your location to a photo), comments or other data. This makes your User Content more
personalised and detailed for others and
more interactive. If you geotag your photo or tag your photo using other's APIs then, your latitude and
longitude will be stored with the photo. (e.g., through a location or map feature) if your photo is made
public by you in accordance
with your privacy settings.We collect information about your online status changes on our Services, such
as whether you are online (your “Active Now”), when you last used our Services (your “last active
status”), and when you last updated
your status message.
In addition to some of the
specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive

Nashbud or other Users may run
contests, special offers or other events or activities ("Events") on the Service. If you do not want to
participate in an Event, do not use the particular Metadata (i.e. hashtag or geotag) associated with

Event.
Safety and Security - We verify accounts and activity, and promote safety and security on
and off our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our Terms, and to
ensure our Services are being
used legally.No Third-Party Banner Ads - We do not allow third-party banner ads on Nashbud. We have no
intention to introduce them, but if we ever do, we will update this policy.

example, because it may not be clear whether a new friend request comes from someone you actually know,
we may share whether you and the requestor have Nashbud contacts in common.

Content you post or send will be shared with your contacts and followers although your display (feature)
photos and videos can be viewed by any user who views your profile.

article with your Nashbud contacts or as an activity, or if you choose to access our Services through a

Your phone
number, profile name and photo, online status and status message, last seen status, and receipts may be
available to anyone who uses our Services, although you can configure your Services settings to manage
certain information available to other users.

whom you communicate may store or share your information (including your phone number , messages or
activity) with others on and off our Services. You can use your Services settings and the block feature
in our Services
to manage the users of our Services with whom you communicate and certain information you

Services Settings
You can change your Services settings to manage certain
information available to other users. You can
manage your contacts, activity, or use our block feature to manage the users with whom you
communicate.
Changing Your Mobile Phone Number, Profile Name and Picture, bio,website ,email
and gender. You must change your mobile phone number using our in-app
change number feature and transfer your account to your new mobile phone number. You can also change
your profile name, profile picture, and userame at any time.
Deactivating Your Nashbud
Account
You may delete your Nashbud account at any time (including
if you want to revoke your consent to our use of your information) using our in-app delete my account
feature. When you delete your Nashbud account, your undelivered messages are deleted from our servers as
well as any of your other information we
no longer need to operate and provide our Services. Be mindful that if you only delete our Services from
your device without using our in-app delete my account feature, your information may be stored with us
for a longer period. Please remember that
when you delete your account, it does not affect the information other users have relating to you, such
as their copy of the messages you sent them.
We may amend or update our
Privacy Policy. We will provide you notice of amendments to this Privacy Policy, as appropriate, and
update the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Services
confirms
your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, as amended. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy, as
