Nashbud is a local hub providing a fast, beautiful ,fun and personalized way for you to share information, blog, vlogs ,any media or link through our real time content-sharing platform and also find people you relate to. Follow and connect with them to initiate secured communications. Just post a flick or an activity, or react to the activities of your Nashbud contacts.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our mobile services, web site, and any software provided on or in connection with Nashbud services (collectively, the "Service"), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.By using our Service you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to post information, blog ,vlogs ,any media or link ("User Content"), to the Service and to share User Content among your Nashbud contacts and followers. This means that other user may search for your profile, view your display posts (feature photos/videos),view your profile photo ,your name and your bio, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").

Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.Users can add or may have Metadata added to their User Content including a hashtag (e.g., to mark keywords when you post a photo), geotag (e.g., to mark your location to a photo), comments or other data. This makes your User Content more personalised and detailed for others and more interactive. If you geotag your photo or tag your photo using other's APIs then, your latitude and longitude will be stored with the photo. (e.g., through a location or map feature) if your photo is made public by you in accordance with your privacy settings.We collect information about your online status changes on our Services, such as whether you are online (your “Active Now”), when you last used our Services (your “last active status”), and when you last updated your status message.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to:

Nashbud or other Users may run contests, special offers or other events or activities ("Events") on the Service. If you do not want to participate in an Event, do not use the particular Metadata (i.e. hashtag or geotag) associated with that Event.

Safety and Security - We verify accounts and activity, and promote safety and security on and off our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our Terms, and to ensure our Services are being used legally.No Third-Party Banner Ads - We do not allow third-party banner ads on Nashbud. We have no intention to introduce them, but if we ever do, we will update this policy.

With other users of Nashbud. We may share the following information with other Users:-

Information about you, such as your Name,username,profile picture,website,bio and display (feature) photos or videos.

Information about how you have interacted with the services, such as the people who have reacted on your activity ,common interests and other information that will help users understand your connections with others using the services.For example, because it may not be clear whether a new friend request comes from someone you actually know, we may share whether you and the requestor have Nashbud contacts in common.

Any additional information you have consented for us to share.

Content you post or send will be shared with your contacts and followers although your display (feature) photos and videos can be viewed by any user who views your profile.

With third parties, we may share your information with the following third parties:

With service providers, sellers, and partners. We may share information about you with service providers who perform services on our behalf, sellers that provide goods through our services, and business partners that provide services and functionality. If you use our Services with such third-party services, we may receive information about you from them; for example, if you use the Nashbud share button on a news service to share a news article with your Nashbud contacts or as an activity, or if you choose to access our Services through a mobile carrier’s or device provider’s promotion of our Services. Please note that when you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services.

You share your information as you use and communicate through our Services, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services.

Account Information
Your phone number, profile name and photo, online status and status message, last seen status, and receipts may be available to anyone who uses our Services, although you can configure your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users.

Your Contacts and Other
Users with whom you communicate may store or share your information (including your phone number , messages or activity) with others on and off our Services. You can use your Services settings and the block feature in our Services to manage the users of our Services with whom you communicate and certain information you share.

Third-Party Providers
We work with third-party providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services. When we share information with third-party providers, we require them to use your information in accordance with our instructions and terms or with express permission from you.

Managing Your Information


If you would like to manage, change, limit, or delete your information, we allow you to do that through the following tools:

Services Settings
You can change your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users. You can manage your contacts, activity, or use our block feature to manage the users with whom you communicate.

Changing Your Mobile Phone Number, Profile Name and Picture, bio,website ,email and gender. You must change your mobile phone number using our in-app change number feature and transfer your account to your new mobile phone number. You can also change your profile name, profile picture, and userame at any time.

Deactivating Your Nashbud Account
You may delete your Nashbud account at any time (including if you want to revoke your consent to our use of your information) using our in-app delete my account feature. When you delete your Nashbud account, your undelivered messages are deleted from our servers as well as any of your other information we no longer need to operate and provide our Services. Be mindful that if you only delete our Services from your device without using our in-app delete my account feature, your information may be stored with us for a longer period. Please remember that when you delete your account, it does not affect the information other users have relating to you, such as their copy of the messages you sent them.

Updates To Our Policy


We may amend or update our Privacy Policy. We will provide you notice of amendments to this Privacy Policy, as appropriate, and update the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, as amended. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy, as amended, you must stop using our Services.
